What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, company, business email address, enquiry type and your confirmation that we may contact you, plus any job title, telephone number, product category and message you choose to provide. Please do not send patient-identifiable information or confidential clinical case details through this website.
To protect the form from spam we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical information about your browser and connection. Our hosting provider also processes basic technical data (such as IP address) to deliver and secure the site. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it and why
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss how Post Market Insights could support your business.
- To follow up with relevant information about the service. You can ask us to stop at any time.
- To keep the website and form secure and free from misuse.
Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to and following up business enquiries, which you request by submitting the form.
Who we share it with
- Wound Care People, only where needed to scope or deliver a project you have asked about.
- Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts this website, stores enquiries in its database service and provides spam protection.
- Resend, which delivers enquiry notification emails to us.
Cloudflare and Resend are US-based service providers acting on our instructions. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we go on to work together, in which case our client records retention applies.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict its use, and ask us to stop contacting you. Email [email protected]. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
